These terms govern your use of the Rystic website and any early-access or waitlist program offered through it. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

Early access & pre-release

Rystic is in active development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific timeline, pricing, or that any particular service simulator will ship. Features shown on this site are illustrative and may change.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt or probe our infrastructure without authorization, or submit information that isn’t yours to submit (for example, someone else’s email address).

Intellectual property

The Rystic name, brand, site content, and design are ours. Third-party names and logos shown as example simulators belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as Rystic evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
