lob-twin

One binary, no license, no signup. It serves the modeled API against one fixed world; reads and writes work, and a restart is the reset. The control plane (seed, reset, scenarios, clock, inspect, replay) is compiled out — that is what a license adds. It reports anonymous usage hourly; see the docs for exactly what is sent.
